Lawnscaping Challenge #75 - You Rock! Dots and Hearts

Hi everyone! I'm back for my 100th blog post to post my entry into this week's Lawnscaping Challenge - Dots and Hearts. 

 

 

I'm keeping up with my goal of entering every Lawnscaping Challenge for 2014 - barely as the deadline is in a half hour - but it counts!

I'm giving another flute recital at school on Friday, which is, of course, Valentine's Day. One of my pieces is for flute and 4 percussionists, so I wanted to make them a cute Valentine card/thank you card, and I think the little snare drum with the sentiment "you rock" was the perfect choice! I tried to make the card as masculine as possible. My husband said that if you consider a heart doily masculine then I've done my job, lol. Here's my card:
