Hello everyone and welcome to my part of the Lawnscaping 2013 Winter Blog Hop! I am so excited to be participating - this is my second blog hop with Lawnscaping and the first one I did was so much fun! I loved seeing everyone's cards and visiting so many new blogs. I hope you are as inspired with everyone's creations as I always am.
You should have arrived here from Elena J's blog. You can find the complete blog hop list back at the Lawnscaping blog.
The theme of this hop is winter. For the background of my card, I had fun trying out something new for me, which was using double sided tape and glitter. I just love how it turned out - so festive! Red and white stripes always come to my mind in winter because of candy canes and peppermints. I then used white embossing powder to create the snowy texture and decided that I'd have penguins who've just built a snowman. Everything about this card screams winter to me, plus, who doesn't love penguins - especially penguins with googly eyes!?!?!? I had so much fun making this card and hope you love it as much as I do!
Next on the hop is GrĂ¡ O'Neill. Be sure to leave comments on all the blog hop posts - there are lots of fun prizes to be won!!! All information about the hop and prizes can be found on the Lawnscaping Blog. You have until 11:59 pm on Sunday, December 15 to leave a comment to be eligible for a prize. Have fun hopping and have a fabulous weekend!
